The Ridder LogicLink300 (RLL300) series is developed to create a cost-saving and installation-time reducing motor gearbox with integrated controls.

RIDDER LOGICLINK 300

A ‘ready made’ and easy-to-use solution for installing and controlling motor gearboxes for ventilation and screen systems. The Ridder LogicLink300 is a control unit built on a motor gearbox and is therefore equipped with all required electrical and mechanical parts. There are three basic models: master, slave and stand-alone. The actuation and monitoring of the Ridder RW geared motors, the LogicLink300 is provided with a reverse switch, a thermal cut-out, a rotation direction monitor and a failure indicator.

MASTER/SLAVE

The master/slave combination allows you to control several motor gearboxes simultaneously, for instance in a multi-vent system. There is one master unit that is connected to a manual control box by means of a power supply cable (1 or 3 phase) and a signal cable. The maser unit gets its signals from the manual control or climate computer and passes this on to the slave units.

STAND-ALONE

Using the stand-alone option allows you to close or open air vents and screens individually, by using a manual control unit or a climate computer. The Stand-alone LogicLink300 unit is controlled by means of power supply (1 to 3 phase) and a control signal, supplied by the manual control unit or the climate computer.

MOTOR GEARBOXES

The Ridder motor gearboxes are maintenance-free, compact power units for driving ventilation, screening and lifting systems in greenhouses and livestock sheds. Motor gearboxes are supplied with fixing bolts and spring washers. Motors can be sprocket drive or equipped with winch or belt drum. Features a self-braking worm gear transmission with a patented integrated linear limit switch system with duty and safety switches having excellent switching precision.

TUBE MOTORS

Ridder has tube motors with drive torques of 40, 50 and 120Nm.

POWER ROLLER

Is a maintenance free drive suitable for façade, roof and twin roller screen systems in greenhouses and roller screen systems in livestock sheds.

WORM WHEEL GEARBOXES W240/400/600

Worm wheel gearboxes are maintenance free, compact power units for driving ventilation, screen and flap ventilation systems in greenhouses and livestock sheds. The drive torque is up to 600Nm, suitable for intermittent operation and a duty cycle maximum 25 minutes.

RH40 GEARBOX

These are available a right-angled version (RH40E) and a T-version with continuous drive shaft (RH40D). The gearboxes drive torque up to 40Nm and have a rotational speed up to 40 rpm, suitable for intermittent operation and a duty cycle maximum of

T11-50 GEARBOXES

Are compact gearboxes with parallel input and output shaft for use in indirect driven ventilation systems. Single and Double output, vertical and horizontal shaft positions, 50nm drive torque

SLIDE CARDAN SHAFTS

Stainless steel slide cardan shafts fitted with universal joints for mounting on 20mm diameter shaft, lengths varying between 751mm-3780mm. Connected to (winding) tubes by welded couplings or roll tube couplings.

RMC100 Motor Control Units

Available in 3-phase, 1-phase 3-wire, can be operated manually as well as remotely, to control the running of a Ridder RW motor gearbox. The control unit is equipped with a transformer that converts the supplied mains voltage (1-phase 115 V or 230 V) down to a 24 V voltage. The unit also features 5 cable glands to feed wiring and leads through to the outside of the cabinet. Standard models conform to protection class IP54.

SHEET STEEL RACKS

Sheet steel racks are available in lengths varying from 390mm-1948mm for rack forces 350N or 450N. Also a window connectors (with stainless steel bolt & self-locking nut).

RACK DRIVES (Pinion Housings)

Ridder has rack drives available for 1" or 1 1/4" tubular drive shafts, straight or curved (inside or outside) racks, the rack drives feature hardened pinions (22mm and 30mm), with plastic guide rollers. The Ridder rack drives are low-maintenance drives that can be used to drive continuous vents in greenhouses and flap systems in livestock sheds and stores, etc.

SLIDE BEARING PLATES—Straight or Right Angled

Slide bearing plates with self-lubricating sintered bronze ring bearing for 1" and 1 1/4" tubular shaft are available in lengths varying from 92mm to 250mm.
